Morning session: 9:30 - 12:00
Afternoon session: 13:00 - 15:30
Your child can either attend mornings, afternoons or all day camps. Child care will be available during the lunch hour if they are doing the all day camps. (please bring a packed lunch if your child is staying all day).
How much?
Morning or afternoon: £125 for the week
All day: £199 for the week
15% discount if you book before 9th July '10
Where?
Bodies in Design Gym at the Reigate Rugby Club, Colley Lane, Reigate
Located in an area with an extensive amount of outside space and first class fitness facilities.
Breaks/Snacks
Each day we include a 30 minute break when the children with have the opportunity to make themselves a nutritious snack. We will demonstrate the importance of good nutirtion and show that you can make tasty snacks from healty ingredients. Water will always be available throughout the day.
(Any dietary requirements can be given at time of booking as well as any health or medical conditions).

Keeping Reigate's kids FIT, HEALTHY and ENTERTAINED this summer holidays!
We are committed to energising and entertaining Reigate kids this summer holidays allowing you (the parent or guardian) to some precious free time! We take our responsibility seriously as Bootcamp instructors and will ensure your child has fun but also remains safe at all times. Our instructors are CRB checked and first-aid trained.
The week of exciting childrens activities will include:
Base Camp
Your child will meet at base camp for registration, breaks, and lunch each day. There will always be a leader at base camp throughout the day to attend to your childs needs. Base camp is an area your child can go at any time if they need a rest, drink or any support during the week.
Combat CampNon contact Martial Arts, Self Defence and Martial Arts for Film
This introduction to Martial Arts is a great high-energy and fun activity but will also teach children respect, etiquette and discipline. Children will work on blocks, kicks and punches and some basic self defence moves which they will develop throughout the week. We also teach how to deal with bullying in an non aggressive way and how to avoid physical confrontation.

Mind and Body CampYoga, Pilates, Tai Chi
Flexibility, core stability and inner calm are three key aspects of fitness. We will teach the basic priciples of each of the above disciplins and build on them daily. The earlier these pricinples are estabished in life the greater and longer lasting the benifits and more likely they will form part of a childs life as they contiue to grow.
